Objective: The main objective of this challenge is to develop a chatbot that enhances social engagement and interaction with the Pristini School of AI community across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok. Participants should focus on creating a chatbot that effectively represents the school, responds to inquiries promptly, and fosters meaningful connections with prospective students, current students, alumni, and anyone interested in AI education. Challenge Guidelines: 1. School Representation: Design the chatbot to embody the identity and values of Pristini School of AI. Ensure that the chatbot accurately reflects the school's mission, vision, and culture in its interactions. 2. Informational Assistance: Develop the chatbot to provide comprehensive information about the school, including details about academic programs, admission requirements, faculty profiles, campus facilities, upcoming events, and FAQs. 3. Personalized Engagement: Implement personalized engagement strategies to cater to the diverse needs and interests of users. Utilize user profiling, context-aware responses, and conversational AI techniques to deliver tailored interactions. 4. Multimedia Integration: Enhance the chatbot experience with multimedia content such as images, videos, infographics, and interactive elements. Utilize platform-specific features to deliver rich media experiences across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok. 5. Community Building: Foster a sense of community and belonging through the chatbot by facilitating connections among students, alumni, faculty, and prospective students. Encourage user participation in discussions, polls, surveys, and virtual events. Evaluation Criteria: - Innovation and Creativity: Novelty and creativity in chatbot design and interaction strategies. - User Experience: Effectiveness in engaging users and providing valuable interactions. - Platform Integration: Seamless integration and optimization across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok. - Technical Implementation: Robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the chatbot's underlying architecture and algorithms.
